What is Embodied Flow?

Many of us find it difficult to feel joyful within our bodies. Challenges like fatigue, chronic illness, pain, emotional struggles, or the simple stresses of living a busy life can leave us feeling disconnected and at odds with our bodies. This class is designed for anyone looking to feel more joyfully embodied, stronger, more agile, and more fluid in their movement.  Embodied Flow is wonderful for increasing our longevity and capacity for our highest quality of life as we age.

Who is it for?

Students with fatigue or chronic illness of any kind are especially invited to come learn how to move and care for themselves in a sustainable way, and to grow a more positive relationship with their body.  Because of the versatility of the curriculum it’s an excellent choice for anyone who wants to do more than just put in time in a gym to build functional strength and mobility, and who wants versatile, powerful, and even creative movement choices.
